USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom and select special products may require additional processing time, in which notification will be provided. Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier and based on the actual weight of your order.  Upon dispatch, you will receive shipping and tracking information. Transit time is dependent on the selected carrier, delivery location and selected service.

We offer 3 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time: United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), Tracy + Cindy Local Hand Delivery Service 😊 (see checkout for local delivery zones)

*USPS First Class is normally delivered between 2-5 business days         

*UPS Ground is normally delivered between 1-5 business days

LOCAL DELIVERY: Local delivery must be selected during order checkout. Orders are processed and delivered within 1-3 business days. Local delivery zones include Wayne, Pompton Plains, Pequannock and Pompton Lakes, NJ.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES: More than anything, we want you to love our product…

A positive customer experience and product satisfaction is of our upmost importance and top priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused products for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. At Simply Scotti, all products are carefully inspected and packaged/handled with care prior to shipping.  If a product was damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery arrival date, including a description and image of the issue, and a replacement or refund will be provided. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and custom or special orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Returned products must be received in the same saleable condition in which it was sent. Upon receipt of your return, a refund or exchange will be processed within 1-4 business days. A refund may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
